Will this Meal Plan Help Me Lose Weight? 

This meal plan has helped me lose weight and get below my pre-pregnancy weight after both of my pregnancies - without exercise! Although exercise is great and I definitely recommend it, I lost all the 'baby weight' and then some - without ever hitting the gym. All I did was breastfeed, eat the way that I explain in the 21-Day Breastfeeding meal plan and go for walks and outings with my babies!

I lost the weight 'slow and steady'  and within about 7 to 9 months, I was back to my pre-pregnancy weight (around 135 lbs). I made sure to fuel my body with the nutrients it needs (rather than depriving it of calories and nutrients) and I'm happy to say that I have no stretch marks whatsoever despite blowing up like a balloon and going beyond 40 weeks with both of my pregnancies. I was also able to breastfeed both of my babies until age 3 and I'm confident knowing I gave them the best start in life despite both of my unplanned c-sections.
